  • 1 tbsp basil oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic reduction
  • Flaky salt

Method

  1. Arrange the peach slices across a serving platter.
  2. Tear the burrata over the top.
  3. Finish with basil oil, balsamic reduction, and flaky salt.
