Herb-Crusted Lamb Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb cutlets
  • 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Press the parsley, garlic, and rosemary into both sides of the cutlets.
  2. Sear in a hot pan with olive oil, 2 minutes per side for medium.
  3. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
